Returns  & Exchanges

We are happy to refund the cost of the goods or exchange items, provided they are returned to us as new, i.e. unworn/unwashed and with the labels and the hygenic protection sticker(s) still attached. We are sorry but briefs, thongs, shorts can not be returned due to hygiene reasons; please make your return within 7 days from the date of despatch. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, as this is designed to prevent damage to the underwires in transit.  Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods, as we will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items lost in the post without this documentation. Please note that item(s) on sale or offer are not returnable or exchangeable.

Cancelling an Order 

In the event that you decide to cancel part or all of your order; please send us an e-mail entitled 'Order Cancellation' to customerservices@curvesandgoddess.com  Alternatively you can  call us on +44(0)844 800 9873. Please be sure to include your name, address and order number.  Our team will e-mail you when the cancellation has been processed.
Special delivery is available for UK orders and can be selected at the check-out.  Special Delivery orders placed before shall be despatched same day for next working day delivery.
