Delivery

When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from our server to confirm that your order has been successfully processed and providing an invoice (order summary). Please check your order summary details to ensure the items and delivery addresses are correct.  Should there be any errors then please send us an e-mail entitled 'Order Amendment' to: customerservices@curvesandgoddess.com.  Alternatively you can telephone us on +44(0)844 800 9873. Please be sure to include your name, address and order number, when contacting us.  Our customer services administrative team will e-mail you when the order has been amended, In addition, all product will be shipped as soon as possible subject to card authorisation; however our  interactive stock control system, will only allow you to order products available for immediate despatch. Products marked with *** are out of stock. Items not in stock will be placed on back order.

Returns  & Exchanges


We are happy to refund the cost of the goods or exchange items, provided they are returned to us  within 7 days from the date of despatch, as new, i.e. unworn/unwashed and with the labels and the hygenic protection sticker(s) still attached. We are sorry but briefs, bodies, thongs, shorts can not be returned due to interest of hygiene; and please note that item(s) on sale or offer are not returnable or exchangeable. Please make your return
